The Hearthstone room for rent is an entire fully-furnished basement suite, available in mid-June. Newly renovated and significantly upscale. There is plenty of light, a smart tv and comfortable furnishings. Mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave in the suite. Shared space is the kitchen, laundry facilities and entry/exit. A dedicated parking space and utilities are included. Our cohousing complex is near restaurants, athletic clubs, grocery stores and easy access to I-70. The house and community provide a quiet and safe environment – while providing opportunities for camaraderie, weekly community meals and participation in a 22-year cohousing success story. You will share the home with your host, Susan. She is quiet and easy to live with. She’s looking for a single tenant (possible consideration of a couple) interested in a mid-term stay (more than 1 month & less than 6 months.) Rent is $1500/month.
