I am offering an entire fully-furnished basement suite to rent. Renovated and significantly upscale. There is plenty of light, a smart TV, and comfortable furnishings. Our cohousing community is near restaurants, athletic clubs, grocery stores and has easy access to I-70.
I am looking for a single tenant (possible consideration of a couple) interested in a mid-term stay (more than 1 month & less than 6 months). You will share the home with me. I am quiet and easy to live with. Shared space is the kitchen, laundry facilities and entry/exit. A dedicated parking space and utilities are included in the $1500/month rent. Mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave in the suite. Due to cats on the premises, I can’t accept other pets.
